To make exploring our lovely Dalmatian coastal town even easier, we provide a 4-wheel mobility scooter for our guests. Best of all, we offer complete exclusivity: you will be our only guests, meaning the pool, terrace, and fully fenced yard are reserved entirely for you. No crowds, no shared spaces, and absolute peace of mind.

 

Our quiet location and thoughtfully arranged environment make this an ideal sanctuary for families with children on the autism spectrum. The high, secure fencing ensures maximum safety for children and pets alike. As your hosts living on the upper floor, we are here to support you without ever invading your privacy. We love spoiling our guests by serving a custom breakfast directly on your private terrace or by the pool at whatever time suits you best. This property offers two separate ground-floor units, connected by one large, flat, step-free terrace, so you can choose the setup that fits your needs.

The Apartment: Suitable for guests with limited mobility. Please note the bathroom is not wide enough for full wheelchair navigation.

The Accessible Room: A separate, fully wheelchair accessible room with its own en-suite bathroom and a roll-in shower.

Both units sit on the same single level, right next to each other, with no stairs or thresholds between them. We’re happy to send larger photos and a layout view on request, so you can see exactly how the two units are positioned before booking.
