About us

The World is Accessible was created as a group on Facebook back in January of 2018. Then, after a lot of unexpected growth it was decided in 2023 that a monthly newsletter would be created in conjuction with the Facebook group. Our newsletter features submissions from group members, accessibility information and news from around the world, tips and advice relating to disability legislation, accessible travel recommendations, and much more. Our aim is for a more accessible world! We hope you’ll enjoy!
