The Space & Accessibility: This cottage is thoughtfully laid out to support guests with mobility considerations. The ground floor is largely level and provides step-free access to the main entrance, a spacious double bedroom with a private ensuite, the living room, and the farmhouse kitchen. The outdoor patio and utility room are also situated on this same level. The interior maintains its historical character with wide, accessible spaces, while a charming twin bedroom is located on the upper floor for additional guests.

Location & Travel: Ideally positioned for outdoor enthusiasts, the cottage is located directly on a designated cycle path, with walking trails just 20 meters from the door. While providing a secluded rural atmosphere, the property remains well-connected; the TGV station in Angoulême is nearby, reaching Paris in just 2 hours.
