Located in Washago, a picturesque village in Ontario’s Severn Township (less than two hours from Toronto), it is a great spot for local dining, hiking in natural reserves, and paddling on both the Black and Severn River.
The cottage key features include:
– three spacious bedrooms featuring comfortable, hotel-quality beds;
– two modern bathrooms with luxurious heated floors, one equipped with a roll-in shower;
– a kitchen you’ll love to cook and gather in;
– a spacious living room with a 55″ LG Smart TV and a full Sono’s sound system; and
– a private patio and deck with sitting area and a Broil King barbecue.
Large windows around the cottage offer beautiful views of the Severn River from nearly every room. The backyard features a gradual, even grassy slope leading to the river (minimal incline), flowing naturally down to the water’s edge and giving you direct access to the river and all the fun it offers.
This is a completely renovated home created with love by a mother for her quadriplegic son. The space was reimagined to be accessible and beautiful, a cottage fully equipped for unforgettable memories.
