Just 200 steps from the sand, Ocean’s 16Eleven blends beachside charm with true accessibility. Originally designed for a wheelchair user, this single-level, step-free home makes coastal living easy for everyone — from wheelchair and walker users to families with strollers or curious toddlers.

Please note: the property does not have a roll-in shower, but does have a shower seat positioned over a bathtub for those that can transfer. 

A gently sloped concrete ramp leads from the driveway to the porch, giving seamless access into the house. Inside, all doorways are at least 36 inches wide, and both bathrooms feature fixed grab bars and a shower seat/transfer bench. Every room, from the bedrooms to the dining area, has verified step-free access and doorways wider than 32 inches, reviewed by Airbnb for accuracy.
